Magic Eyeliner Glue

Our double use “Adhesive Eyeliner Glue” is everything you need to accomplish the perfect pigmented wing while holding your lashes in place all day. Our pencil is waterproof, smudge-proof and long-lasting.

HOW TO USE: Shake eyeliner well before use. Apply eyeliner from inner to outer corner, wait at least 10 seconds then repeat if necessary. Apply your eyelashes and secure the inner and outer ends of the lash band. Do not use liner on waterline or lower lash line.
